Get Your Agents Up and Running
We appreciate that any new user of the Autom8 Connect platform is going to want to get their agents speaking to customers as soon as possible.
In this video, we show you how to get one or more agents started in minutes.
- Send your agents to the platform login screen
- Make sure they have their username and password ready and that they know which campaign they will be participating in
- Once logged in, the softphone should launch automatically
- The softphone call should never be ended – if it is, agents won’t be able to hear customers and vice versa
- The agent should hit ‘Start Calls’ and wait for a call to connect.
