Get Your Campaign Ready for Action
We appreciate that as soon as you get your hands on the platform you’ll want to set up your campaigns and start dialling.
In this video, we show you how to get one or more agents started in minutes by creating a campaign using our specially designed campaign wizard.
- Select the campaign wizard via the menu on the left hand side
- Choose either Preview, Power, Predictive or Progressive as your dial mode
- Add pause codes for agent breaks via the second step in the campaign wizard
- Decide how many times you want an agent to dial a number depending on the call outcome
- Customise call outcomes on step 5 of the campaign wizard
- Review your campaign details and view all your campaigns via the “View Campaigns” button on the left hand-side menu.
