WIthin Autom8 Connect, you can monitor your agents’ activity using several tools within the platform – such as live call monitoring and call barging.
This short video will show you how to listen in on agent calls, how to use the agent chat facility and how to step in to live calls to speak directly with the customer.
- Click show options in the top right hand corner, select monitor and add your extension
- Select user activity to see the user’s information and details
- Select the blue microphone to launch the softphone
- Answer the incoming call to start a live blind monitoring session
