Good data is the only data worth having
Within Autom8 Connect and with any contact centre platform, you can’t do much without good quality data!
We show you best practice for the format of your data, before it’s uploaded into the platform. This applies to standalone datasets, as opposed to any CRM synced data.
- Data should always have headers in the sheet
- If you’re dialling to the UK, remove the first ‘0’ of the phone number
- If you’re dialling internationally, remove the first two digits of the phone number
- Always save your data in a CSV file format.
