Create a Data Set For Your Campaigns
Creating a data set and assigning it to a campaign is part and parcel of outbound dialling. In this video we show you how to create your data set in seconds.
- Select the campaign you’d like to assign the data to via the dropdown menu
- Enter a description for your data set
- Add pause codes for agent breaks via the second step in the campaign wizard
- Select whether this data is active or not.
