A service is only as good as its customers
Our main reason for being is to make connections easy for our customers. Just like a young Jedi is guided by the force, that philosophy influences the decisions that we make.
Part of that mindset is listening to the feedback that people give us about our platform. We knew when we planned our launch that the market would ultimately let us know whether we were doing a good job – or whether we had room to improve.
We’re lucky enough to have already received a clear consensus on one of the elements of the platform, from the people we’ve spoke to and those that have signed up to the service.
Because we want Autom8 Connect to be as useful as possible, we’re making sure that we listen to that feedback!
Like the dodo, minimum top-ups are no more
A few of you felt that the minimum £250 monthly credit top-up was off-putting, since it was perceived as a relatively large monthly commitment. We used that minimum to plan our cash flow and make sure that any relevant IT costs were covered.
Our main goal is for people to love Autom8 Connect and the way it helps their business. So, we’ve adjusted a few things on our end to get rid of that minimum top-up.
Be free to use the platform exactly as you need!
We think this is a positive step as it’s made us more flexible to customers’ needs. We also hope it means people will keep giving us feedback – which we love!
